The Newhaven Park Country Championships

 

One of the highlights of our Racing year - the best Hunter & North West gallopers will battle it out in the $150,000 Newhaven Park Tamworth Country Championship Qualifier on Sunday March 10. 

The first two place getters will qualify for the $1,000,000 final at Royal Randwick Racecourse on Saturday, 6 April 2024 on Day 1 of The Championships. 

The 2023 winner was Akasawa , trained by Paul Messara and ridden by Aaron Bullock.
